Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Screen Pulse CRM application (the “Service”) provided by Screen Pulse (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service — including by connecting a third-party account such as Zoom — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is an internal business tool used by our authorized staff to manage leads, deals, and customer accounts, and to schedule product demonstrations, including creating Zoom meetings for those demos. It is provided for our staff’s business use and is not a general-public product.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• Access is limited to authorized staff we provision with an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for its intended business purpose.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its data, or connected accounts;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• misuse customer, lead, or meeting data, or use it for any purpose other than serving those customers.

4. Third-party services (including Zoom)

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Zoom. When you connect Zoom, you also agree to Zoom’s applicable terms and policies, and you authorize the Service to create and manage Zoom meetings on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party services are provided by their respective owners, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices. You may disconnect a connected account at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data and third-party content), is owned by Screen Pulse and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant no ownership rights in the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any third-party service (such as Zoom) will remain available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screen Pulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
